Partnering with parents to make disciples.

“One generation shall commend your works to another, and shall declare your mighty acts.” -Psalm 145:4

Our Student Ministry currently serves grades 6 - 12.

We believe that ministering to our students is immensely important. We aspire to have a student ministry that puts the Gospel at its center. We strive to make disciples by building meaningful and lasting relationships with students and assisting and equipping parents in discipling their kids. We will seek to integrate our students into the church body at large to be a part of our mission to Love One God, Love All People, and to Make Disciples Everywhere.

As a ministry we want to be devoted to God’s word. In an ever-changing world, we want students to know that Jesus is unchanging; He is the only thing that remains the same. We want our students to come know, understand, and love the Word of God (2 Tim 3:15-17).

We want to partner with parents, as we believe parents have been called to be the primary disciple-makers in the lives of their kids (Deuteronomy 6). We want to equip, assist, and partner with them in this, not take their place.

We believe that parents and our church corporately have a cooperative opportunity and duty to lead our households in following Christ. We are committed to consistent family discipleship. We work together as a church to disciple the next generation, teaching them to obey all that Christ commanded us.

Weekly Bible Study

We have Bible study every Tuesday night from 7 - 8:30 pm at the church in The Loft.

Special Needs

Eastside Community Church believes all people are made in the image of God. In line with our mission, our goal is to love all people which includes people of all abilities (with intellectual, developmental, or physical disabilities) in our church body. Our hope is that every person may feel welcome and experience Christ’s love while having the opportunity to grow in their personal relationship with Jesus.

We use the Buddy System with our special needs friends, and are able to accommodate any sensory needs your child might have. If you have a child who would currently benefit from this, please fill out this form or contact Isaiah deLaura

Family Discipleship

We believe that parents and our church corporately have a cooperative opportunity and duty to lead our households in following Christ. We are committed to consistent family discipleship (modeling, time, moments, and milestones). We work together as a church to disciple the next generation, teaching them to obey all that Christ commanded us.

Serve with Students

Everyone in the church has a role to play in discipling the next generation. If you would like to serve the families of Eastside by volunteering with students, please contact Isaiah deLaura.
