I grew up in Toronto, Ontario, and Buffalo, New York, and became a Christian after finishing my studies at Hobart and William Smith College. After studying in Vietnam and Russia, I moved to Washington, D.C. to complete a ministry residency at McLean Bible Church. From there, I relocated to Dallas to attend Dallas Theological Seminary, where I met my wife, Carly, in the seminary library, and I was a member of The Village Church. 

While completing my PhD in Church History, I served as a Chaplain at Baylor University Medical Center and founded both a property management company and a pool cleaning business. Outside of the workplace, I enjoy traveling, golfing, smoking meats, boating, reading, walking our Multipoos, investing in real estate, drinking coffee with Carly, and cheering on the Buffalo Bills.

My hope for Eastside is to steward our resources with wisdom and discernment while creating a welcoming environment for deep relationships.
