As I was growing up, my family and I had the opportunity to experience different cultures in various places. We lived in Ghana, England, and then, Arizona during my freshman year of high school. In the midst of the many moves and challenges of adjusting to different cultures, I became acutely aware of my lack of belonging. However at the age of twelve, while living in London, England, the Lord revealed the love of Christ to me through the Gospel of Jesus Christ. I was amazed that He would send his only son, who would willing to come and live the life that I could not live and take the penalty of my sin to a cross that I deserved. In Christ, I found the place I belong. The person in whom I am fully known and yet fully accepted.

After graduating from Arizona State University in 2015, I started my career in the Aerospace industry, but after a few years, I felt compelled to pursue a career in vocational ministry which brought me to Dallas. This move was birthed out of a growing desire to advance God's Kingdom in the world and build up the church to fulfill the mission of Christ, to make disciples of him.

I want to continue to be a student and practitioner of God's word and help others do the same. In order to be an active participant in the work of Christ that is bringing hope, joy, peace, light, and salvation to our world that desperately needs Him.

My hope for the Eastside is that we can be a beacon of Christ's love in East Dallas. I envision a community where people from all walks of life, cultures, socioeconomic statuses, races, ethnicities, and nations can come and witness the beauty of King Jesus and believe in Him and what he has done. He has made a way for us to know God and be with him. I pray that as a community, we are empowered by the Holy Spirit to share the Gospel of Jesus Christ with those who do not yet know Him and make disciples for the Glory of God.
